In addition to the appointment of a new Reward Director an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reward Manager to support and assist in the development of the Global Compensation and Benefits Strategy across the IMI group. This is a key role within the company and the successful candidate will contribute in a range of areas including the design of performance related pay and incentive plans and reward tools to attract, motivate and retain employees. You will also be responsible, with a small administrative team, for overseeing all essential reward functions including salary review, share plan administration, the reward database system and internal and external reporting requirements. With a successful track record of reward management your knowledge will have been gained through working with large organisations. This experience may have come from either working for major international or boutique consulting firms or in-house roles. Your ability to be an analytical thinker with an eye for detail and precision in your work will be coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and competent project management ability.
