Our market leading Restructuring practice assists many companies who face challenges that present threats to financial performance and viability. Working with corporates, stakeholders or lenders, we establish and help implement key financial and organisational solutions to enable them to adapt to changing local and global economic conditions. Our services include:
*Financial and Operational Restructuring, working with organisations who are in financial distress;
*Special Situations - primarily focuses on Bank Work Out assignments (creditor side), Distressed Corporate Advisory assignments (debtor side) and Government advisory assignments;
*Liquidations and Strategic Exit Reviews / Formal Insolvency Processes;
*Working Capital Management - a specialist team focused on advising Private Equity and multinational corporate clients on working capital and cash management initiatives. The team is involved advising clients both pre and post acquisition or disposal, alongside our Transaction Support teams.

We currently have opportunities at the Senior Executive, Assistant Director and Director levels in London.
Experience/Qualifications:
*ACA, ACCA or equivalent
*JIEB qualification or knowledge of insolvency procedures would be an advantage, but is not essential.
*Relevant Corporate Restructuring experience both in delivering and managing, with a strong focus on restructuring/advisory work, either on behalf of creditors or distressed corporates.
*At the Director level, experience of business development and revenue generation is essential in the current market.
