Summary: We are searching for enthusiastic, talented and motivated professionals to join our global clients; including international and local banks as well as financial institutions. Responsibilities: • Planning, directing and completing large and more complex and sensitive projects of all types (key risk audits, system development audits, investigations and other special projects) • Delivering high quality, professional, cost-effective, value added and risk-based audit services • Conducting financial and operational audits in multiple business operations in diverse geographical, cultural and economic environments. • Assessing the adequacy of controls, procedures and compliance with the Bank, Regulatory and Industry standards, and providing business consultancy advice as appropriate. • Leading a team of auditors for different audit assignments and conducting audit work independently, covering multiple functions. • Liaising with Senior Management at all levels of the Bank to produce audit plans identifying the key risks of businesses to be audited and the resources required to conduct an audit. • Written reports that balance risk, control and efficiency issues will need to be produced within a tight timeframe. • Career development opportunities through exposure to all levels of Management within the Bank. Requirements: • Professionally qualified CPA or equivalent designation and a degree in accounting or business management • Minimum of 10 years working experience in risk-related, financial and operational audits. • Ability to own projects, drive results and take initiative to accomplish designated tasks. • Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities and proficient knowledge of financial modelling. • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Positive attitude, teamwork and interpersonal skills • High level of integrity and strong managerial skills.
