The ideal candidate will be a current freight derivatives trader and exposure to chartering and FFA's (Someone who has a track record of successfully managing a proprietary FFA book). They require someone with a macro view of the market, able to identify trading opportunities,  with an appetite for risk and is dedicated to the dry market with a strong understanding of the fundamentals both physical and financial.
