SGEF is currently seeking an experienced vendor oriented sales professional.
The position is based in Jersey City, NJ and will provide vendor program management support to SG Equipment Finance Global Vendors to maximize volume and profitability.
The qualified candidate should be able to:
Directly contribute to the achievement of volume goal
Directly be responsible for the maintenance and closure of deal pipeline
Call on sales personnel to solicit finance volume
Gather and package financial information to support credit recommendation & approval
Perform preliminary screening and summary of submitted transactions
Perform collateral analysis to support transaction structure
Communicate credit decisions and negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and clients
Maintain metrics on activity
End-to-end oversight of deal activity
Qualifications and Business Knowledge:
10 years of leasing experience
5 years of credit and documentation experience
3 Years of account management experience
Good understanding of documentation and funding requirements
Experience working with vendor/broker customers in obtaining and servicing volume
Demonstrated experience in relationship management and selling
