Our client is a major financial institution with a well-established franchise globally. As a result of its expansion plan in the region, it is recruiting a dynamic and highly capable Senior Recruitment Manager.

Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for resourcing qualified financial services professionals. As a strong business partner, you will work closely with the hiring managers in understanding their recruitment needs and deliver “value added” recruitment solutions in sourcing right talent in a timely and cost effective manner. You will develop and implement employer branding strategies so as to position the organization as an “employer of choice”.  You will build and maintain effective relationships with functional team, line managers and external vendors. You will keep abreast of recruiting best practices, continuously review current processes and implement necessary strategic change. You will lead or participate in strategic regional projects.

Degree qualified, you will have at least 8 – 10 years of relevant experience gained in a global firms or recruitment agency, ideally with strong financial services focus. You are comfortable interacting with senior business managers and able to demonstrate a real understanding/or aptitude to absorb key business requirements. You are service and process oriented, highly motivated, a team player and thrive in a fast-pace environment.
