This is your chance to bring your expertise in asset management operations to a strategic level. Overseeing the investment management front office operations, you will understand the complexities of front office and be able to translate these to operational requirements.

You will provide guidance to regional operations and IT development teams, create business cases for major initiatives, and lead key projects. This will also involve partnering with Portfolio Managers to establish investment requirements, supporting process flow design, co-ordinating support services and identifying areas for improvement. Other responsibilities include providing business process analysis advice, and implementing service models for all asset types, including derivatives, structured products, and other complex investment vehicles.

To be considered for this role you must have 15+ years of asset management operations experience. Ideally, you will have demonstrated background in roles with increasing management responsibilities and knowledge in the operational support of all security types, and demonstrated experience with derivatives and other complex assets.
