Our client, a leading wealth manager that delivers Trust and Fund company services to personal and corporate clients worldwide is looking for an experienced Fund Manager to join its Guernsey office.
The key responsibilities for the Fund Manager will be to ensure that the highest standard of service is provided to its funds clients through a proactive and professional delivery. As second in command, the successful incumbent will take direct responsibility for managing, motivating and developing a small team in the office including one to ones, performance management coupled with administering a key client account.
Identifying areas of risk and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements are also key elements of the role whilst maintaining strong client relationships and maximising new business opportunities.
The successful applicant must have funds experience, ideally in the property sector as well as accounting experience/qualifications. Previous management and leadership experience is essential for this role.
