Australia’s largest CA group is currently looking to appoint an experienced Insolvency Accountant for the Sydney CBD office.

The Role:
 

YOU WILL:

• Manage and progress a portfolio of varies cases, ranging from Voluntary Administrations, Deed of Company Arrangements, Creditors Voluntary Liquidations, Members Voluntary Liquidation, Official Liquidations & Receiverships.
• Report directly to senior managers and partners of any issues that arise.
• Monitor the trade on in Voluntary Administrations / Deed Administrations.
• Liaise with directors, lawyers, creditors and agents in all areas of the work.
• Monitor the budgets and future liabilities and realisations on all cases
• Adjudicate and pay distributions
• Prepare and submit BAS Returns
• Prepare reports on the conduct of directors
• Monitor other junior team members’ workloads and progression on cases
• Assist with training junior members of the team
• Prepare Sale of business Memorandums, liaise with interested parties.
• Realise Administration assets.
• Conduct investigations into the financial affairs of companies, consider recoveries of voidable transactions.
